Community Health Care Midlands, Louth & Meath provides Adult Community
Mental Health Services. Our services are delivered across six counties
? Longford, Westmeath, Louth, Meath, Laois and Offaly.
A key part of our Service delivery plan is to implement the principles
outlined in the HSE National Framework for Recovery Mental Health
(**Apply on the website**). We are working in collaboration with
Mental Health Ireland in recruiting a recovery co-ordinator for our
area to assist in achieving the targets set out in the HSE National
Framework for Recovery in Mental Health (**Apply on the website**).
This is also in line with Living Life Well / Goal 5 of Mental Health
Irelands strategy ? Empowerment ? from Ideas to Actions (**Apply

Our area is committed to the development and delivery of a
comprehensive prospectus of co-produced recovery education inclusive
of our whole community. We are also committed to the development of a
recovery college. The recovery co-ordinator will lead on this goal.
RECOVERY CO-ORDINATOR ROLE:
The Recovery co-ordinator will operationalise the aims and objectives
of the CHO Mental Health Engagement & Recovery in keeping with the
National Framework for Recovery and supporting guidance documents on
Recovery Education, Co-production and Family Recovery.
The role is to embed recovery values in all educational resources. The
successful candidate will bring their educational and lived experience
to support the coproduction and implementation of recovery education
and towards the local development of a recovery college.
The recovery co-ordinator will build supportive relationships with
service users, family members, service providers and community /
voluntary agencies in our area.
Support the coproduction, resourcing and effective implementation of
our area recovery communications strategy.
Be instrumental in leading and developing the capacity of our
community to live and work in a recovery oriented way.
